I dunno. It's not Elvis, Graham, or Joe J., but something from that "new wave" scare, circa 1980. It's not The Rumour. I'll bet it's a lousy American band, like The Hooters, doing a great Elvis impression.
I still dunno. The second song has that same Bo Diddley beat, but not the impersonation of Elvis. I give.
